Регионална  дирекция  по  горите – Кюстендил  издаде  серия  брошури  за популяризиране  на  дейността си по контрола и опазване  на горските  територии  и  изискванията на Закона  за горите. В  тях  са  представени правилата при  извършване на съответния вид дейност, практическите стъпки, които  гражданите  трябва  да  направят  при  упражняването им, както и  препоръчителните  действия  в шест  направления:

     - КОНТРОЛНИТЕ ДЕЙНОСТИ  И  УСЛУГИТЕ,  КОИТО РДГ-КЮСТЕНДИЛ  ИЗВЪРШВА  ПО  ЗАКОНА ЗА  ГОРИТЕ

      ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ НА  СЛУЖИТЕЛИ ПРИ   КОНСТАТИРАНЕ НА  НАРУШЕНИЯ  И ПРАВА   НА ГРАЖДАНИТЕ, ОБЕКТ НА  ПРОВЕРКА

       -  ЗАДЪЛЖЕНИЯ  И ПРАВА  НА  СОБСТВЕНИЦИТЕ НА  ЧАСТНА ГОРА  В  СЛУЧАИТЕ, КОГАТО  ИСКАТ  ДА  ПОЛЗВАТ  ДЪРВЕСИНА  ОТ  НЕЯ              

        -  ДЕЙНОСТИ ПО ПРОДАЖБА  И   ПРЕРАБОТКА,  И ТЪРГОВИЯ  С ИЗДЕЛИЯ  ОТ   ДЪРВЕСИНА

        -   ТЪРГОВИЯ И  ПРЕВОЗВАТ  КОЛЕДНИ ЕЛХИ,  НЕДЪРВЕСНИ ГОРСКИ  ПРОДУКТИ И  ЛЕЧЕБНИ  РАСТЕНИЯ

        -   ТЪРГОВИЯ С  ДЪРВЕСИНА  И  ИЗДЕЛИЯ  ОТ  ДЪРВЕСИНА   

             Целта  на  това действие е превантивна и  насочва  гражданите към спазване на   Закона  за  горите. 

              Издаването  на  брошурите  е   стъпка, с  която   РДГ – Кюстендил  заявява  готовност  да  използва  административния  си  потенциал  в  помощ  на  гражданите,    подпомагането и улесняването им при организиране  на  законни дейности в  горите.         

            Регионалната дирекция по горите  Кюстендил ще организира превантивни дейности с цел намаляване нарушенията на  Закона  за  горите,  Закона  за  лова  и  опазване  на  дивеча  и  Закона  за  рибарството  и  аквакултурите .

22.05.2024 - Second National Workshop under the CEE2ACT Project Held on May 21, 2024

The Bioeconomy Working Group (Hub) seeks solutions for the development of the circular bioeconomy at the second National workshop in Sofia under the CEE2ACT project, implemented by the Executive Forest Agency (EFA) as a beneficiary. The workshop was organized and held on May 21, 2024 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in a series of national seminars under the project and the third meeting of the Bioeconomy Working Group (Hub), established by orders of the Minister of Agriculture and Food. The workshop is on the topic of "Building knowledge and capacity among stakeholders for developing bioeconomy strategies" and is in implementation of Work Package 5 "Knowledge Transfer and Capacity Building" under the project. The participants in the event from EFA team for management and implementation of the CEE2ACT project and over 20 representatives of Bulgarian stakeholders from the state administration, scientific circles, industry organizations and business, organized in this Bioeconomy Working Group (Hub), joined forces to continue the development of the working group as a platform for exchange of experience, building capacity for bioeconomy, finding opportunities for knowledge transfer. The workshop was attended by PhD. Eng. Miroslav Marinov - Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food and Chairman of the Bioeconomy Working Group, Eng. Rosen Raichev - Deputy Executive Director of EFA and Eng. Valentin Chambov - Director of the Southwestern State Enterprise DP - Blagoevgrad and member of the Bioeconomy Working Group (hub), expressing in their speeches full support for the preparation of a vision and roadmap for the development of a National Strategy for the Development of the Bioeconomy in Bulgaria with identified priorities and strategic goals and a corresponding action plan. The experts from the Project Management and Implementation Team, represented by PhD. Eng. Lyubcho Trichkov, PhD. Eng. Nestor Domuschiev and Eng. Katerina Kutina, presented presentations on the following topics: "State of the bioeconomy in our country, strategic documents and legal framework", "Accelerating the process of developing the bioeconomy in Bulgaria and the contribution of the Knowledge Transfer Strategy prepared under the CEE2ACT project. Presentation, activities and progress under the CEE2ACT project" and "Draft vision, strategic goals and priorities, SWOT analysis and opportunities for financing projects for the development of the bioeconomy". Presentations were also presented by Prof. Dr. Eng. Angel Angelov from the University of Food Technology - Plovdiv and Dr. Hilke Bos-Brouwers - representative of the project partner Wageningen University & Research, Netherlands. After each of the presentations, there were discussions on the presented materials, and the event ended with a discussion, including a session on co-creating the basis of a Knowledge Transfer Program to be included in the roadmap for the Bioeconomy Strategy through a bottom-up approach. In this discussion, the Mentimeter.com tool was used for interactive responses by the members of the working group, on pre-assigned questions related to the bioeconomy sectors, their assessment and future expectations, as well as assumptions about what should be included in the roadmap for the bioeconomy in Bulgaria. During the seminar, the other members of the Project Management and Implementation Team - Daryana Manova, Nikoleta Dineva and Maria Marinova - also actively participated in its activities, and in addition, several interviews were conducted and filmed with representatives of the stakeholders participating in the event - Eng. Valentin Chambov (Southern Regional Development Agency - Blagoevgrad), Eng. Antoniy Stefanov (BULPROFOR and "Proles Engineering"), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Stanimir Stoilov and PhD. Eng. Nestor Domuschiev in connection with their participation in the Working Group (hub) on Bioeconomy. A short video clip about the seminar will be prepared and published in June.
